appeal a sentence
Can my friend appeal her sentence even if she has signed a plea bargain? Grounds misrepresentation?

The short answer is, yes. I'm assuming that you mean she feels that her lawyer misrepresented what was going to happen to her. Has she already been sentenced? How long ago was she sentenced? She may be able to move to set it aside if it was not to long ago otherwise she can hire a different lawyer to file a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel.
