Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can an appeal be withdrawn
If an appeal is filed before the defendant is transferred to prison, will this keep the defendant from being transferred? Also, if the defendant decides not to pursue the appeal after the appeal has been filed, can the appeal be withdrawn?
