Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I would like an application to have my record sealed, (Lewd & Liscivious/minor <16), Panama City, Florida and any other paperwork that is needed to do so. I would also like any information on the subject explained in simple words.

If your charge was under Florida Statute section 800.04--which it sounds like it was--then your record can't be sealed.
