Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi. I am applying for a federal position-I was arrested, never convicted, and record expunged. Can I answer "no" if asked if there is has been an arrest record?

Not if you want to be honest. You were arrested so put that forward. You may be able to explain to them the expungment.

You can answer no technically, but depending on the type of position, you may want to answer yes with an explanation.
