Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I'm applying for a florida state medical license and need to do a level 2 FBI criminal background check. 14 yrs ago I had an ARD expunged for a prank phone call. Will this show up on the level 2 check?

Doesn't matter if an expunged criminal charge will show up. In order to get a medical license in FL you must disclose the charge anyway.
