Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am applying for jobs and 21 years ago I was arrested for Grand Larceny but received "withhold adjudication" on my public search records I have Disposition entered. Luckily I was in the Marine Corps at the time and had to serve a three year probation while in the Marine Corps. On the job application they ask were you ever convicted. How do I answer that question?

If you were given a withhold, you were NOT adjudicated so you can answer that you were never convicted.

You were not convicted. It will still show up on your record though until you get it sealed, so I suggest you hire an attorney to get it sealed.
