Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Approaching a minor
Recently a parent of a classmate of my sons came to our house uninvited and proceeded to back my son against a block wall, shaking her finger in his face and yelling to the point, the male who was with her had to inerrupt her to remind her that was not her child. She did not care & continued on my son. This was all over a pair of shoes. My son has lost his appetite and just lingers around since. My question is; did this women have the right to do what she did & treat my child the way she did, and is there any legal action to be taken? Or was she in the full right to do this? Thanks for any information I can get on this.

Re: Approaching a minor
If she entered your house without permission it would be a felony. It certainly could be an assault. You could report the incident to the police, but it wont go far.
