Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
in April 2009, I was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was wrongfully charged and sentences in the federal system. After 3 years in prison, the feds dismissed all my charges stating that I was a career criminal which was wrong so I was released. The state dropped my charges when the feds picked it up and now the state is charging once again for the same crime which I did not commit and I need help with reparation and getting the state to drop all charges to which I have already served time and the charges were dropped. Please call to help me as I would like to retain a good criminal lawyer.

You don't say where the state charges are at, but you search for an attorney in the area where this happened. They can do the preparation and motions to file, as this is not automatic by any means. It will have to work its way through the legal process so contact an attorney in that area.
