Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If aresting officer was aware that I had reserved my rights without prejudice ucc 1-308 does that prove lack of probable cause? Case was dismissed NO INFORMATION.

What rights did you reserve? What did they attempt to find probable cause on? What kind of charge was dismissed? You need to repost your question or even better would be to call an attorney in your area.
