Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can I argue a 4 yr. long bench warrent for and a misdemeanor theft, Dade County, Miami, Florida and non-apperance (warrent issue) if I believe I was under extreme circumstances as I have never appeared before court for this charge although now I live out of state but am returning in the next 2 years.
