Armed Burglary
Hi can the state prosecute a case where the only evidence they have against the suspect is statements?

Yes, the State can prosecute any case they choose. The question is whether or not the statements they have can provide enough proof to convince the judge or jury that you are guilty.
Your attorney should take depositions to determine the believeability of the witnesses and the admissibility of the statements made. All other normal discovery should be pursued.
