Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have to go to arraignment on thur for the seizeir
of my two vehicles as of today they have not filed former charges 30 something days later what should i say or do thur to begin the process of getting my cars back also since my arrest ive spoken to my p.d. only once when i was in jail she has not returned any of my calls how can i get my charges dropped i believe the undercover officer may have lied on my afterdavite and have no evidence in this case to file charges
