Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Arraingment
I recieved an arraingment in the mail two or three days ago and I am being charged for P/Grand Theft, i dont know what it is for or anything. If you where never booked or arrested and your rights were never read to you, can they still charge you for something?

Re: Arraingment
The state attorney is charging you this way because they didn't catch you in the act which is commonly done by arrest.I would suggest you call me to discuss this now before it goes further. My contact onfo is listed below this answer.
