Arrest without bond
My brother was arrested without bond awaiting immigration to come get him. Can a criminal lawyer get him out of the holding cel he is in even without bond?

I assume you mean he has an INS "hold". No a criminal lawyer cannot get him out until they pick him up. A lawyer can represent him at his deportation hearing.
