Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
''Arrest Record'' versus ''Criminal Record?''
In Florida, is an ''arrest record'' the same as a ''criminal record?'' I am asking because an employment application asked if the applicant had a ''criminal'' record sealed or expunged. Does someone who was arrested, but it never went to trial and charges dropped, have a criminal record, or just an arrest record?

it is my opinion that you are are facing a worse situation.I'm not sure this employer has the right to ask this question. I would suggest you call or write me with more details.
