My wife was arrested about fifteen years ago and it is still showing up on certain backgroud checks. How can we clear them off the records

Re: Arrest records

So long as she was never adjudicated guilty of ANY criminal offense, I can seal or expunge the arrest record of one incident for you.

Sealing or Expungement of Arrest/Criminal Records

Agree with the prior attorney's post. As long as she was not adjudicated guilty and has NEVER been adjudicated guilty of any other criminal offenses she would be eligible to seal/expunge it. If she took a plea it can be sealed as long as it's not one of the crimes for there is a no sealing exception. Any crime can be expunged if the charges were dropped, dismissed, or never filed.

Please feel free to visit my site at www.sealmyrecord.com for more information.

I am based in Miami, but seal and expunge records statewide in Florida.

Regards,

Nicolas.
