Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested in august for warrants. I attended my 1st arraignment on 9/16/9 i entered a plea of not guilty.Now on 9/21/9 I have to go again for another arraignment for a different driving without a license charge. Can I go to jail at my arraignment?

If this is a new charge that occurred since you bonded out on the others, possibly. If it did not occur since you bonded out, then probably not.
