When someone has been arrested, bail hearing was held. No court date as of yet. What is the timeframe for the court to set a date for court?

It depends on whether it is county court or circuit court. County court will sometimes set status hearings until an information is filed. Circuit courts rarely set court dates until after an information has been filed. Other court dates may be set if requested by either party.
