Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was arrested and bailed out. I am on a payment plan to pay back the bond. My charges have been dropped since. Can the bondsman put me back in jail if i miss a payment?

You cant be held on a charge that has been dismissed so they can't off bond you back to jail. If you put up any collateral, they could move against that though.
