Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you are arrested. The charges were thrown out of court, can you have these charges removed from your record? If so, how can it be performed?

Under the facts that you have stated, you should be able to have the arrest expunged. Getting this done is a multistep process which you may be able to do yourself, but since one of the steps is filing a motion with court to have it done I would advise you to use an attorney.
