Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested in 2011, when I went to court I was placed in one of those pre-trail things, I completed it. What I need to know is since I completed the pre-trail thing does that mean that the charges were dropped or what do it mean nothing ever happened after that and I am trying to get a job now that does back ground checks I need to know what to tell them.

If you're talking about the pre-trial Intervention Program, then yes the charges would have been dropped if you've completed it. However, it should be noted that the arrest will still show up on background checks. It is advisable to get an attorney to get the charge sealed or expunged.
