What happens if you have not been arrested for a crime yet (robbery) and you leave the state. What are the odds of you being extradited back? Do they have to prove it was you before they can come get you?

If an arrest warrant is issued for you, the odds are good that you will be arrested and extradicted. They only have to prove you are the guy they named in the warrant, not that you are the guy who committed the crime.
