Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was arrested a few days ago. As I was being put in back of cop car I asked him why I was getting arrested, I was told I would be arrested for destruction of private property and not letting the (victim) dial an emergency service. When I get to jail I notice my charges are now

Intimidate/Threaten Witness and Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic violence.... So the cop lied to me and told me something different and when I was at the police station the arresting officer and the officer who was doing the fingerprints and entering info into computer couldn't find (not letting the (victim) dial an emergency service) in the book so he decides to make up a charge instead. When I saw the magistrate the next morning and he was reading the police report, it was completely made up. My mom who called the police to de-escalate the situation was even there saying he never hit me or threatened me or anything, these are bogus charges but of course he didn't care what I said or she said. And my mom is not pressing charges against me so now it's the state vs. me. I am now on house arrest, I can't see or talk to my mom or be within 500 ft of her and she is not at all in agreement with this. HOW COME I AM GETTING SO SCREWED! What can I do? If she is not pressing charges or anything there's got to be something I can do. Now they want me to pay all this money for the equipment I'm being forced to wear and I don't have a job so I can't pay it and take a random drug test once a month and this is not even a drug charge, they just want money.

What Can I DO!???? PLEASE HELP ME! I wanna sue the police for lying but it's my word against theirs even tho they lied. I shouldn't be on house arrest. I couldn't even give my side of the story to the judge. This is just not right. I need help.

I'm afraid you are going to have to talk to your public defender about this since you can' afford to hire an attorney. Your PD can fie the proper motions to allow contact and potentially get you off the house arrest you are on. The fact that the cop lied actually has little bearing on the legality of your arrest. Further, the fact that your mom doesn't want to press charges doesn't mean the state can't go forward. Again, talk to your PD about possible strategies.
