Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I got arrested 2/4/12 with my co defendant. I took my plea on 4/25/12. My plea was to not have any contact with my victim. No where in my paper work states that I cannot talk to my co defendant. Can I get in trouble for talking to my co deffendant if his case isn't over?

Yes, it is possible. For one thing, your co-defendant is represented so you would need to talk to his attorney to get permission. Further, you may get in trouble for tampering with a witness, or alternatively, they could get in trouble for the same thing. Talk to their attorney before you talk with the co-defendant.
