Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was just arrested in Destin for shoplifting ($150) - first offense - I am 18. Because of the arrest I lost my job in the mall the theft occurred in (different store). I am with my boyfriend and at this time have no source of income. I moved here from Colorado in December. What can I expect and what are the costs involved.

You need to talk to an attorney in your area about their fees. But you are facing a maximum 60 days jail, $500 fine, and restitution. While you probably won't be sentenced that harshly, you should talk to the attorney about how judges sentence in your area. Good luck.
