Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for domestic abuse spent 60 days in jail. The judge put me on probation for three years and to have no contact with ex and grandson or third party. I have served 21 months. I received a phone call from third party my grandson will be dropped at my door on April 15 and left. I have informed police and probation officer. Will I be arrested for having contact with him and what will it mean for him?

You must have "no contact" If contact is initiated by phone call to you, you must immediately hang up. If your grandson is left with you, you can call your probation officer or law enforcement to return him. Since you did not initiate the contact, you should be fine.
