Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I Was Arrested For Drugs Which Was Found In The Car And Not On My Person But I Was Driving The Vehicle, The Patrol Officer Took No Evidence, Which He Say He Found The Drug At Was In Between Money Bills And Ashtray. But Left It In The Vehicle. I Was Smoking Marijuana So He Searched The Car Without Asking. How Do I Go About This Situation ? The Car Wasn’t Mine. And The Drugs Wasn’t On My Person.
