Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for a felony marijuana charge in Georgia. I took a plea deal to 4 years on felony probation. I was told by my public defender that I wouldn't have any curfew on my probation sanctions. When my probation got transferred to Florida, which is where I live, they have given me a 10pm-6am curfew. Considering I have no violent crimes, I don't understand why they feel as if I'm some sort of danger to soceity. Is there any way to contest this sanction considering I never signed anything saying I was going to have a curfew?
