Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested in Florida on felony charges. I went to court and as a result my charges were dropped. My question is will this be on my record or do I have to get it expunged? Thank you.

The arrest will still be on your record unless you get it expunged. Whether or not it will be possible to expunge your record will depend on whether you have ever pleaded or been found guilty of a crime and what the felony arrest was for. Certain crimes are not eligible for expungement.

You have to get it expunged.
