Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested at 15, in Florida, from a jc Penneys for petty theft, I had a pair of pliers and they got me on video. The stuff i stole came out to 104$. It was my first offense, they said it was a misdemeanor and i was told i could enter the diversion program. what will i have to do in the diversion program?

Are you still a minor? You really need to talk to your attorney about what is your "best" option. The diversion program for juveniles usually consist of paying some court costs, probation, community service, shoplifting classes. This can vary by county though. Again, talk to your attorney, or hire one. Good luck.
