Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested with forgery and uptaining or attempting to attain a prescription by fradulent purposes I never step foot in to a courtroom and was given pretrail intervention I am wanting to go to school for medical assistant will this ruin my chances of working in the medical field will I have a record and if so can I have it sealed

No, it should not. In fact, PTI probably saved your career. After you complete the program you can have the record expunged, but that doesn't mean it keeps the licensing board from seeing it.
