Arrested
I was arrested for giving false information to police at a crash... what are the penilties i could face?

Providing false information to a law enforcement officer is a first degree misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in the County Jail or 12 months probation. However, I've never seen anything close to the maximum for this particular crime.
