Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for grand theft and went through the PTI program and succesfully completed it. I have started the expungment paperwork and the state attorney has it listed as nolle prossed and I was wondering on a employment application under convictions what do I put

That you have never been convicted of that crime.

"Nolle Prosse" means the charges were dismissed. You should put "no" for any convictions.
