Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested in Marion County Florida for burglary and dealing in stolen property detectives found pawn slips for items I had pawned for items that belonged to my job. there were other items that I had taken and pawned prior to my arrest. If those items are found can more charges be brought against me and can I be rearrested?
