Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I got arrested as a minor (age 16) and the case was thrown out but my fingerprints are in the system, if I apply at the age of 34 am I obligated to disclose that charge even when my background check comes back clean. This happened in Florida in 1999

Unless you were charged as am adult, you're not required to disclose a juvenile charge.
