Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for misdemeanor petit charge for retail $153.00 then sent home no bond needed just told to wait by mail for court date my question is: dies the police department or courts send any notifications of this to my employer?

If you're placed on probation, they will probably contact your employer (although not always). Otherwise, there is no reason for the police to contact them (although if they wanted to, they could I suppose), and I haven't seen a case where they would do that unless they arrested them at their employer, or it involved the employer.
