Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
arrested for passport
Hi.. I have a warrant issued for my arrest in Florida in america.. I have been out of the country way before they ever issued a warrant, but i have no returned to answer teh warrant yet. If i try to travel with my american passport will i be arrested?? Even though im not wanted and i havent fled.. Just i wasnt there when the warrant was issued and i havent returned to answer it yet? If i travel will i get detained, or only when i enter my country or city? Please Help!!!! Thank you in advance

Re: arrested for passport
You more than likely will be detained upon your re-entry, especially if the outstanding warrant is for a felony charge. I would be able to look into this for you. Regardless if you contact me or not you need to retain the services of a criminal lawyer to help you with this. It may be possible to work out a resolution prior to your return so that you can re-enter without fear of arrest at the airport. A lot depends upon the actual charge. Again, I would be able to look into this for you and advise you accordingly.

Short answer...yes most likely when you reenter the US you will be red flagged and arrested upon entry. 9546737190 for more information.
