Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone was arrested and plead no contest to a misdemeanor 20 years ago. They had no prior arrests and have had none since. How much information should be available on a background check if this was sealed and expunged?

If it was sealed and expunged, then it is extremely unlikely to appear on any background check.
