Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for possecion of pot and parafonalia and there was 3 cops there and never read me my miranda rights. Is
that grounds to through that case out of court? It was my first time and only 10 dollars of pot. It was a mistermeana. Can they arrest me and not tell me my rights

That is a bit of a myth I am afraid. Not reading your Miranda rights only means any statements you make after arrest MAY be suppressed.
