Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If arrested for possession of two different drugs. One drug was found on the ground near the person and the other on the person. Could the drugs found on the ground be dismissed? Giving the person has prior history for drug possession.

That would be up to the state's attorney. Even if it is not, there is still a good chance of beating that charge.
