Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was arrested for possession of marajuana, and i have been to court once. I tried to take the charge but the judge basically wouldn't let me. Instead i opted for the drug court and I have another court date. Is there any way I can get the next Judge (Judge pollock) to just give me the charge, and not the drug court?

I recently helped a client with the same issue.

Drug court is a good program but it's not for everyone, and could even be more harmful for some.

You won't be able to resolve the case in there but you could opt out of the program and be transferred to another courtroom.
