Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Arrested after probation was over
My husband was just arrested for violation of probation. He paid all the money that was owed and the probation officer told him it was over that he was going to receive a letter. We never received a letter. It has been 6 years now and he has a warrant for violation of probation. What will happen now? please advise I am cluless.
