Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
when I was arrested I was not put in handcuffs or read my rights.The only time I was handcuffed was when I was trandsfred from one county jail to another, and even then I was not told my rights.What can be done if anything about this.

First, it is really hard to believe you are complaining about not being handcuffed. That being said, no there is nothing you can do about it. As for your rights, talk to your attorney. He will make a determination whether a motion to suppress your statements is appropriate.
