Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was arrested and put in jail, while I was there this person requested a restraining order against me, the day of my first appeearance I got served with the restraing order, as the judge review my bail ( $1000) that person presented the restraing order to the judge who raised my bail to $50000, fifty thousand that made it impossible to bail out, 3 days later when I went to court to contest the restraining order that person dropped the charge, she didn't needed the restraining order now because she already had my bail raised,, I got released after 3 month because the prossecutor dropped all charges for lack of eveidence, is there any thing I can do to have vendication? she lie to the court to obtain a falsse restraining order, she deceived the other judge on raising my bail so high, that person in also on probation for DWI, can you suggest me what to do? I live in Florida

This is really more of a civil law suit than it is criminal. You could sue her for malicious prosecution, but that is not something a criminal attorney handles. Maybe repost your question under personal injury or civil rights law.
