i was arrested for resist arrest wo violence. should I ask for diverson program and can i get expurged! I have never been arrested before. What is a diversion program and how do I get it.

Yes you should ask for a diversion program.

Tou should be eligible for diversion. Just ask for it. It is similar ro probation, but the charges are eventually dropped.
