Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for retail thieft and they added 2 counts of agg asslt w/ motor veh just for the hell of it. it has compounded the situation X 10. It seems to be done all the time in pinellas co. Any ideas of what can be done w/ trumped up charges ?

You should talk with a criminal defense attorney in your area as soon as possible. Many times by getting a lawyer on your case early, they can talk to the state attorney and possibly get some of those charges dropped/reduced.
