arrested sat in jail 39 days parker vs state put on me ROR on charges after 39 days but the no bond on parker vs state was over looked and one of the ones for parker v s state was no billed leaving one no bond for altering vin ..what to do ask for bond hearing , can lawer

I'm a little confused because if you were released ROR, then where did the no bond come from? I can only assume that the no bond charge was not related to the charge that you were ROR on. You are not entitled to release if you are on a no bond status because usually that means it was a VOP, a capital charge, or you violated terms of your pretrial release. I would need more information to properly answer, but you should contact an attorney in your area to find out.
