Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was arrested when I was seventeen for possesion with intent to sell for weed. I was taken to the police station, booked, printed, and released to my parents. They told me I would recieve my court date at a future time. I am now 22, five years later. I have completely changed my life around and I always think back to what actually happened because I never heard anything. I have also spent a lot of time, (then and now) looking for any kind of record of this and I find nothing. Some people tell me they let me go due to lack of evidence. I was caught with less than a gram of weed but they had video of someone else selling weed out of the passenger window of my car from days before, reason why they charged me with intent. It was a sting at the school, guns drawn and all. Pretty scary stuff. Any help you can provide I would appreciate.

You need to go to the clerk of court in the county where this happened. They will be able to check and see if there is a juvenile record of this. If there is not, then the police probably decided not to pursue the case against you. Good luck.
