Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was arrested whenever I was sixteen for armed robbery, grand theft, and burglary of a structure. The only thing that happened was that me and my cousins got into a house under construction and we took a fire extinguisher, some knives, and a bow and arrow. I am 21 going on 22 now and have not committed any offenses since then and have been in the military for 3 years now. I had my record expunged whenever I was 16. I am trying to get a job in law enforcement but most departments won't take you even if you have an expunged record. Would the expungement still be on my record and if it is, is there any way to get completely rid of it?

Expunging it is the only way to "completely" get rid of it. That said, it will have to be disclosed when applying for a law enforcement position. However, if you were charged as a juvenile then you may still be eligible to work there since you were never convicted as an adult.
