I was arrested for Threat to discharge an explosive device.....There was no device,I was intoxicated and have mental health issues...what might happen?

I'm afraid there is no easy answer to your question. A lot can happen. Maybe your mental health issues will allow for dismissal or mitigation. On the other hand, you are certainly facing prison.
